ABA Midwest Education & Associates is currently seeking and selecting Senior ABA therapists, BCaBAs, and BCBAs who are creative, enthusiastic and are able to teach naturally while demonstrating behavioral principles. Contractual part- and full-time hours are available to support our growth and expansion. Our current needs, specifically, are in the South Loop area.
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
-Implement behavior analytic programming as it relates to “ABA-Verbal Behavior” skill acquisition and behavior management programming
-Assist in conducting ongoing assessments
-Assist in creating, developing, and monitoring individualized programming
-Assist in training families and other line therapists
-Maintain reliable and consistent schedules with families
-Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented
-Adherence to BACB guidelines for ethical conduct
Most importantly, ideal candidates will be passionate and self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis!
-At least 2 years experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
-Supervised experience (mandatory)
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
-Master’s degree (preferred)
-Must have computer and smart phone
-Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
