Adapt Psychological Services was created in 2020 by psychologist, Dr. Madeline William. She has been practicing psychology in Chicago since receiving her doctorate in 2014 from Adler University.
Over these past several years, Dr. William, Psy.D, LCP, has developed her expertise and passion for psychological testing, evaluation, and diagnosis of autism across the lifespan. Passionate about serving the autism community of Chicago, Adapt was created with the sole focus of studying and applying the best and latest research and methods toward this effort.

Research shows that the earlier a child on the Autism Spectrum is connected to specialized treatment, the better outcome they are likely to have. A delay in diagnosis means missing out on crucial months during which your child needs to be learning important skills through such therapies as ABA therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
